Commissioned by the Ministry of Education, CHESICC has established a national information database of student records and HEQCs for college students. By the end of 2011, the overall data has amounted to over 600 million, including:
1. Examinee information: 103.38 million examinee information for master’s program candidates (since 2005) and bachelor’s program candidates (since 2000).
2. Examinee photos: 34.98 million examinee photos for master’s program candidates (since 2005) and bachelor’s program candidates (since 2009).
3. College entrance exam results: 107.42 million college entrance exam results (since 2000).
4. Admissions: 108.23 million admission data for doctoral and master’s programs (since 2001), bachelor’s programs and non-degree undergraduate programs (since 1999), adult higher education (since 2000), and online higher education (since 2004).
5. Student records: 39.24 million enrolled students for doctoral and master’s programs, bachelor’s program and non-degree undergraduate programs, adult higher education and online higher education.
6. HEQC: 93.42 million higher education qualification certificates (since 1991) for doctoral and master’s programs, bachelor’s programs and non-degree undergraduate programs, adult higher education, online higher education, self-study examinations and qualification examinations.
7. HEQC photos: 82.82 million photos (since 2002) for doctoral and master’s programs, bachelor’s programs and non-degree undergraduate programs, adult higher education, online higher education, self-study examinations and qualification examinations.
8. Student loans: 1.95 million national student loans since 2001.
9. Employment data: 32.32 million employment data (since 2004) for graduates of master’s programs, bachelor’s programs and non-degree undergraduate programs.
